Lunch Time Clubs

VIP Club

VIP Club runs every Monday and Thursday at lunchtime in the BER and is led by Mrs. Illingworth and Mrs. Thompson. The club provides a calm and supportive space where students can relax, regulate, connect and develop their social skills. 

Students can choose from a range of sensory and quiet activities, including Play-Doh, Magic Sand, LEGO, colouring, chess and more. These activities provide opportunities for students to explore their interests while interacting and engaging with others. 

VIP Club also supports students to practise important social skills, such as taking turns, sharing, communicating, playing cooperatively and building positive relationships with their peers. 

The club provides a space where students can enjoy lunchtime in a calm environment, develop their confidence and connections with others, and use strategies that support their wellbeing. 

Wellbeing Club 

Wellbeing Club runs every Friday at lunchtime and is led by the 2026 Grade 6 Wellbeing Leaders. The club provides students with opportunities to connect, have fun, get active and develop positive social skills. 

Each week, Wellbeing Club alternates between the library and the gym, offering different activities for students to enjoy. 

Library Weeks 
Students can choose from a range of calm activities, including board games, colouring, origami and listening to calm music. These activities provide opportunities for students to interact with others, practise social skills and enjoy some quieter time together. 

Gym Weeks 
Students can take part in a range of active games, including Tiggy, Fruit Salad, Octopus, China Wall, Dodgeball and more. These games encourage students to work together, communicate, practise teamwork and have fun with their friends. 

Wellbeing Club provides a safe, positive and inclusive space for students to connect with others and enjoy a range of activities at lunchtime. 


Ukulele Club  

Ukulele Club runs every Tuesday at lunchtime in the BER and is led by Mr. Durham. Each week, a different grade level is invited to attend, with the grade level rotating throughout the term.  

Students have the opportunity to learn and practise ukulele skills, including learning chords, strumming patterns and songs in a fun and supportive environment.  

The club is a great way for students to develop their musical skills, confidence and coordination, while spending time with others and sharing an interest in music.  

Students don’t need to be experienced musicians to take part — Ukulele Club is a chance to have a go, learn something new and enjoy making music with others.  


3D Printing Club 

3D Printing Club runs every Monday at lunchtime in the BER and is led by Mr. Durham. It gives students the opportunity to explore technology, design and creativity through hands-on 3D printing projects. 

Students can learn how to design, create and print their own 3D objects, while developing their understanding of how ideas can be turned into physical creations. 

3D Printing Club is a great opportunity for students to develop problem-solving skills, creativity and digital design skills, while working independently and collaboratively on a range of projects. 

3D Printing Club provides a fun and creative way for students to explore technology, bring their ideas to life and learn new skills. 


Coding Club

Coding Club runs every Tuesday at lunchtime and is led by Mr. Byass and Miss Yukatirat. Each week, a different grade level is invited to attend, with the classes alternating throughout the term. 

Students have the opportunity to explore coding and technology through a range of fun and engaging activities. They can develop their problem-solving skills, creativity and computational thinking while learning how to create, test and improve their own projects. 

The club is a great way for students to build confidence with technology, work through challenges and share ideas with others who have an interest in coding. 

Students don’t need to have any coding experience to take part, Coding Club is a chance to have a go, learn something new and have fun with technology.
